Abstract Coloring Pages For Fun and Creativity

Abstract coloring pages do not represent any natural objects or things you find around you. Abstract really means there is absolutely no attempt at pictorial representation of any (art) form—and so it can be pure creation.

Your coloring pages can be just a tad of something you like, it could be a face, it could be just a figure, or it could be something like a car—but you can only just perceive it is a car if you look carefully. In other words you create a mystery which makes your art far more interesting.

Abstract coloring page can help you create "non-representational" art where you begin to "see" things in the forms that may be something you've seen in some of your dreams or something in your past.

A more creative approach
An abstract geometric coloring page similar to the Mandala (Chinese style) can be lots of fun to do and will increase your creative abilities. (Definition of mandala: a generic term for a geometric pattern representing certain cultural symbols.) Picasso painted many cubist type abstracts and were initially given the "name" of being abstract but they were not really abstract but later named "Cubist" and so geometric abstracts will help you achieve a more creative approach to art forms which are totally non-representational.
